How MANUAL uses waiting list data.

Why we ask for your details
We store your first name, last name, email address, chosen product, language and consent date. We use these details to add you to the waiting list and notify you when the product becomes available. The legal basis is your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your details we cannot send a notification. Joining does not place an order.
Storage and service providers
We keep your details until you withdraw consent or product notifications end, for no longer than 12 months after signup. Vercel hosts the website; the database provider configured for this project stores the waiting list. Providers act as processors. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply, including standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or use it for automated decisions.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent, access or correct your data, and request deletion, restriction or portability. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO. Contact the controller to exercise your rights.
